El Mirador del CAMPANARIO has a terrace / solarium from which you will see every corner of Cádiz. It is located in the old town, in the Barrio de Santa María, one of the hallmarks of our city thanks to the flamenco culture. It is located a step away from the train station and the beautiful Playa de Santa María where sun baths merge with wind sports.
The 63 m2 accommodation, on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, with 2 bedrooms, one with a comfortable king size bed where you will be able to rest freely and the other with two comfortable single beds; allows up to 4 people to stay. In addition, it has a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven, and a cozy living room with a very comfortable sofa.
Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made. In the house you will also find an iron for clothes, a cot and cot linen (if you notify us in advance), hammocks (on request) and a vacuum cleaner.
🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

A super apartment - clean, comfy and well equipped. Very quiet, but easy to walk everywhere - market, beach, museums, restaurants. Especially liked the artwork, much of which was made by the owners brother. Cadiz4Rentals were great - responded very qsee more

La BRUJULA Apartments in Cadiz are apartments in a new building (August 2020) with all the qualities and benefits that they entail. Excellently located in the heart of the Santa María neighbourhood, the cradle of the city's flamenco, and surrounded by such interesting places as the Roman Theatre, Santa María Beach or the Puertatierra walls and with excellent gastronomic options where you can taste the best dishes such as Destino or La Fragua among many others located on the nearby Plocia street, the city's gastronomic route.
The apartments have capacity for 4 people and the building has a lift. Moreover, by being located on a semi-pedestrian street, you ensure the best possible rest. They have an excellent WiFi connection with which you won't miss anything that happens in the world and with which you can work remotely if you need to do so.
The apartments have a living-dining room, with a double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Modern and equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and ceramic hob. The bedrooms, also with air conditioning, have a very spacious wardrobe to store all your belongings and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Don't worry about bringing a hairdryer, clothes iron, sheets or towels because you will find them upon arrival. Even if you come for more than a week, we will leave extra sheets and towels in the bedroom wardrobe.

You will live like a local from Cadiz, spending your day going for tapas in good nearby bars like Destino, or restaurants like Salicornia; visiting interesting places such as Plaza San Juan de Dios, the Pópulo arch or the city's unique cathedral...
As soon as you enter the property, you will feel at home thanks to its warm decoration, its brightness, the comfortable double sofa bed in the living-dining room and its excellent WiFi connection.
The kitchen, although not very large, is very well equipped with a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, ceramic hob, washing machine and all the kitchen utensils you can imagine.
It comes with a flat-screen Smart TV, air conditioning, and a dining table.
The bedroom has a good double bed and wardrobes so that you can store all your things comfortably.
The bathroom has a shower.
