Travel to another era in the Medieval ARCO Attic!
The Medieval ARCO Attic is a 38m2 flat with terrace. It can accommodate up to 3 people and is located on the first floor without lift. It is located in a small building renovated in 2018 in Fabio Rufino street, in the Pópulo neighbourhood. In the works, a considerable part of the medieval wall of Cádiz, which was hidden in the old building, has been brought to light and has been included as a fundamental axis in the decoration of the flat.
The flat is divided into two floors where, despite its small size, there is space for a spacious living room, a kitchen and a cosy bedroom.
It is located in a pedestrian street in the emblematic Pópulo district, considered the oldest in Europe. A few steps from the flat you will find cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, shops... everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in the city.
On entering the flat you will find a spacious living room with a single sofa bed, a dining area, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the bedroom with a queen-size bed and storage space. From the bedroom, there is access to a 13m2 private terrace equipped with a hot and cold water shower and a seating area.
It is decorated with antiques, kilims and unique recovered vintage pieces.

The C4R Puerta Caleta Apartment has 40m2 and is on a third floor with an elevator.
Entering the apartment you will realize that the good, if it is brief, twice as good. With its practical living room and kitchen, both fully equipped and in an open space where you can enjoy with your family or friends at all hours. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the apartment you will find everything you need to spend unforgettable days.
Any time is good if you want to stay in this apartment thanks to its excellent location: near La Caleta beach, in the heart of the most carnival neighborhood of Andalusia and where Easter is lived in a very special way. Not to mention the number of restaurants where you can eat fresh fish, "fried fish" and other delicacies typical of the land in famous restaurants such as El Faro or Taberna Casa Manteca ...
