It is located in front of Victoria beach and is very close to areas of interest such as supermarkets, excellent restaurants, tapas bars and city entertainment. Additionally, in the summer, you can enjoy the fantastic sporting atmosphere of Cadis Arena, a seasonal sports stadium located just in front of the accommodation. It is a very well-connected area where parking will not be a problem as it has a private parking space.
It has 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The building has a lift and the apartment has a small 3m2 terrace to enjoy the best sunsets with sea views.
🆔📄 Clients must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Board on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Acceso directo del garaje por ascensor. La playa, chiringuito, restaurantes y tiendas están a cinco minutos andando. Apartamento muy bien equipado, nos sentimos como en casa.
