Penthouse FULL Balcony is a studio apartment with a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea. It is located in the main artery of the city, surrounded by good restaurants and supermarkets and only 200 metres from the Victoria Beach, one of the best in Europe. It also has all the necessary equipment to make your stay unforgettable.

Accommodation of 50 m2, on the 11th floor with lift and with capacity for up to 4 people thanks to its comfortable queen size bed and the double sofa-bed located in the living-dining room. It has a kitchen equipped with kitchenware, crockery, glassware and dishwasher and a bathroom with shower where you can take the best relaxing showers after a fantastic day at the beach.

Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the sofa bed linen when you arrive. In the flat you will also find an iron for your clothes and a hoover.

The Estudio Amor BRUJO is located in a historic 19th century estate, where the composer Manuel de Falla lived and which has been completely rehabilitated in 2023, preserving original details with a special charm.

It is excellently located in the middle of Calle Ancha de Cádiz, one of the most important commercial streets in the city, a step away from Plaza San Antonio and Plaza del Palillero, the nerve centers of Cadiz life.

The studio has capacity for 4 people thanks to its comfortable sofa bed located in the living room. In addition, although it is in the heart of Cádiz, the noise will not bother you as it is an interior home, so you ensure the best possible rest and disconnection thanks, in addition, to its community chill out located on the top floor of the building .

It has a quality WiFi connection with which you can make calls over the Internet since coverage could be limited depending on the room and your telephone operator.
