Flat 0m from the Playa de la Luz, a virgin sandy beach with natural dunes and surrounded by pine forests.
The urbanisation is located in a privileged enclave, bordering on the left with the hotel Playa de la Luz, on the right with the pine forests of Rota and on the front with the beach.
We also have the famous "corrales de rota", declared the first Natural Monument of Andalusia.
The sea changes tide several times a day so that with the flow of the tide the marine ecosystem inhabited by a multitude of species can be seen, when the tide is low it can be visited on foot (non-slip footwear is recommended).
The urbanisation also has a communal swimming pool in the summer months.
It is also less than 10 minutes walk from the rest of the beaches of the city, more than 5km of beaches where you can enjoy the sand, the sea and its beach bars, some of them open all year round.
From the terrace, peace and serenity will be part of you.
🛏️ Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the sofa bed linen when you arrive. You will also find an iron for your clothes and a hairdryer in the flat.
🛂 Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with the Andalusian Regional Government's Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
🔑 For the key handover we will provide you with a contact telephone number when confirming the booking. In case the keys are collected after 22:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of 25€ that must be paid in cash.
On your arrival, a deposit of 150€ will be requested to be paid by credit card.
